Full range inline four-stroke water-cooled direct injection marine propulsion engines, bore covering 160mm to 340mm, power output 184kW ~ 4,800kW.

Core Technical Advantages

Optimized rigid gantry engine block, suspended crankshaft, integrated internal oil/water pipelines to eliminate fluid leakage. Vermicular graphite cast iron cylinder head with water-cooled valve seats, Nimonic alloy exhaust valves to resist high-temperature corrosion. Nitrided thick-wall cylinder liners with piston cleaning rings to reduce carbon buildup, lower lube oil consumption and extend service life. Three-section connecting rod design for easy piston lifting and low maintenance cost. High-pressure fuel injection system (max 200MPa) reduces NOx emission and supports heavy fuel oil (380cSt) stable operation. Optional port/starboard rotation, front/rear turbocharger layout to match various engine room layouts.

2.2 Dual-Fuel Marine Engines (DF Series)

Developed based on our mature diesel engine platform, supporting seamless switching between diesel/HFO and natural gas.
Model range: DF160 / DF170 / DF210 / DF230 / DF300 / DF320 / DF330 / DF340
Multi-point gas injection system with intrinsically safe double-wall gas pipelines, anti-backfire design. Gas substitution rate up to 80%, NOx emission reduced by 35% vs pure diesel mode. Independent gas control ECU with real-time air-fuel ratio monitoring, stable load response under variable working conditions. Meet IMO Tier III without complex post-treatment systems, ideal for LNG carriers, river cargo ships and offshore platforms.

2.3 Pure Gas Engines (N210G Series)

Spark ignition lean-burn gas power units burning natural gas only. Adopt pre-combustion chamber ignition, precise air-fuel control to reach IMO Tier III emission limits. Suitable for LNG vessels, coastal fishing boats and onshore gas power stations.

2.4 Marine Diesel Generator Sets

Complete marine auxiliary power packages matched with our self-developed medium-speed engines, power range 200kW ~ 4,000kW.
Configurable brushless synchronous alternators (Marathon, Siemens, CSSC brands), voltage 230/400/450/690V, 50/60Hz optional. Standard configurations: shock absorber, jacket water heater, pre-lubrication pump, air starting system. Self-start automatic control version available for emergency power demand. Fully comply with IMO Tier II and CCS asbestos-free regulations, applicable to all commercial vessels as main & emergency power supply.

Multi-fuel stationary generator units covering 200kW ~ 4,000kW, supporting diesel, heavy fuel oil, waste vegetable oil, tire pyrolysis oil and natural gas.
