Product Introduction
Maritime Stabilized Communication Antenna Product
Note: This product line is satellite & microwave tracking antenna system, not navigation radar.
1. Product Series Overview
This full portfolio consists of stabilized marine satellite & microwave tracking antenna systems, developed for global vessel broadband, TV reception and short-distance high-speed data transmission. All units adopt 3-axis gyro stabilization structure to maintain steady signal lock under heavy rolling, pitching and yawing sea conditions. The lineup covers four core categories: Ku/Ka VSAT broadband antennas, TVRO satellite TV antennas, marine 4G/5G high-gain antennas, and point-to-point microwave tracking antennas, plus supporting vessel IoT video compression gateway.
1.1 Ku / Ka Band VSAT Broadband Antennas
For global ocean-going vessel internet, voice and remote monitoring services, compatible with high-throughput geostationary satellites and LEO constellations.
Dish diameters: 64cm / 85cm / 105cm for Ku band; 64cm / 105cm for Ka band
Tracking system: Unlimited azimuth rotation, built-in dual GPS north-seeking, brushless DC servo motors
Stabilization capacity: Roll ±35°, Pitch ±15°, Yaw ±8° within 6 seconds
Radome: Corrosion-resistant honeycomb FRP / ASA material, IP56 waterproof grade
Matching indoor ACU controller with OLED display, Ethernet & RS232 communication ports
1.2 TVRO Satellite Television Antennas
Designed for onboard satellite TV signal reception, split into V compact series and X high-performance series.
V series: 33/45/60/75cm small dishes, 2-axis stabilization for yachts and coastal ships
X series: 64/85/105cm large dishes, 4-axis full stabilization for cargo & passenger vessels
Preloaded global satellite database, automatic polarization adjustment, fast satellite lock within 90 seconds
Low wind resistance streamlined radome, simple roof mounting structure
1.3 Marine 4G / 5G High-Gain Antennas
Coastal short-range broadband solution for vessels within 10–50km offshore.
Full-band high-gain array, compatible with all domestic operator 4G/5G frequency bands
Built-in industrial POE router, support pluggable SIM / eSIM global roaming
All-in-one sealed dome design, anti-salt fog, anti-UV outdoor protection
1.4 Point-to-Point Microwave Tracking Antennas
Zero-traffic-fee high-speed data link for ferries, offshore platforms and engineering vessels within 100km.
Frequency range: 4.9–6.5GHz customizable, max transmission bandwidth up to 300Mbps
Models: 36/60/72/90cm parabolic dishes, 3-axis stable tracking platform
Built-in integrated modem, support self-organizing point-to-point & star network topology
1.5 Supporting VBOX Vessel IoT Gateway
Centralized onboard data collection & video compression unit, compatible with VSAT, 4G and microwave links.
Collect NMEA ship data, camera video streams, GPS positioning information
Multi-channel video compression, low-bandwidth transmission for remote shore monitoring
Multiple network ports, reserved expansion for ship intelligent management system
