Two mature desalination product lines are launched to cover diversified marine water-making demands: low-temperature evaporative fresh water generators and reverse osmosis (RO) desalination units. 2 Two Core Desalination Series
2.1 Low-Temperature Evaporative Fresh Water Generator
Working Principle
It adopts vacuum low-temperature evaporation technology. Recover waste heat from vessel main engine jacket cooling water; seawater evaporates at only 38°C under high vacuum environment. After demisting separation, pure fresh water is condensed and collected.
Capacity Range: 3–30 tons per day

2.2 Reverse Osmosis (RO) Desalination Unit
Working Principle
Raw seawater passes multi-stage pre-filtration to remove sediment and impurities. Driven by high-pressure pump, seawater flows through high-rejection RO membranes to separate salt ions, heavy metals and microorganisms, generating fresh water that reaches direct drinking standard.
Capacity Range: 3–60 tons per day
