Product Introduction
Marine Navigation Radar Product
Overview
This marine radar series covers three product tiers for inland barges, coastal fishing boats, small cargo vessels and auxiliary workboats. All X-band navigation radar systems support collision avoidance, real target tracking and AIS fusion display, fully compliant with IEC 60945 marine environmental standards and CCS ship inspection certification. The lineup includes mid-range IMO-certified radar, entry compact radar and economical yacht/fishing radar to match different tonnage vessels and budget demands.
1 Mid-Range IMO Standard Radar Series (YAR Series)
Core Specifications
Antenna options: 1.2m / 2.0m / 2.4m slotted waveguide array; peak transmit power 12.5kW / 25kW / 30kW
Display sizes: 19” / 23.1” / 27” widescreen color LCD, dual power supply: AC 110/220V or DC 24V
Detection range: 0.125–36 NM, minimum detectable distance 15m
Tracking capacity: Max 300 ARPA radar targets + 1500 AIS targets simultaneous fusion display
Display modes: Head-up, North-up, True Motion, Course-up with adjustable target trail (15s–25min)
Key Performance
Advanced sea clutter & rain clutter suppression algorithm, outstanding small target detection capability for buoys, small fishing boats and floating debris. Supports compass, GPS/BDS, VDR, RJ45 network multi-signal interface, suitable for coastal cargo ships, medium bulk carriers and offshore work vessels requiring full IMO compliance.
Application
500–30,000 DWT coastal freighters, offshore supply vessels, medium fishing vessels, ro-ro passenger boats.
2 Entry Inland & Coastal Compact Radar (YR19 Series)
Core Specifications
Compact radome antenna, low installation height; peak power 4–12.5kW
15”/19” color LCD monitor, simplified operation panel with bilingual Chinese/English menu
Max range 16 NM, built-in 30 ARPA target tracking and 500 AIS receiving function
Lightweight whole set, simple mounting bracket design, 30m standard connection cable
Key Performance
Retains mature clutter suppression technology from high-end radar, cost-optimized circuit structure to cut overall investment. Small footprint fits narrow wheelhouse space, meets inland river ship inspection rules.
Application
Inland river cargo barges, small coastal fishing boats, speed passenger ferries, auxiliary secondary radar for large vessels.
3 Economical Mini Radar for Yacht & Small Craft
Core Specifications
All-in-one compact dome radar, low power consumption, simple touch control screen. Complete integrated system including antenna, transceiver and display without split cabinet layout. Basic target tracking and anti-interference function reserved, basic NMEA data interface for chart plotter connection.
Key Performance
Low purchase and maintenance cost, anti-corrosion radome shell for short-distance coastal navigation, basic collision warning function for leisure vessels.
Application
Yachts, private speedboats, small fishing boats within 100 GT, inland sightseeing vessels.
Universal System Features
Marine Environment Adaptability
Working temperature: -15℃ ~ +55℃; storage temperature: -30℃ ~ +70℃; salt-spray, damp and vibration resistant design for long-term onboard operation.
Flexible Power Matching
Dual AC/DC power modules optional, compatible with global vessel power systems.
Easy Installation & Maintenance
Modular split structure, standardized wiring interface, built-in self-diagnosis program to quickly locate faults.
Complete Certification
All core models obtain CCS type approval, supporting drawing approval for newbuilding and vessel refitting projects.
Application Vessel Classification
Inland river vessels: barges, passenger ferries, inland fishing boats (mini & compact radar)
Coastal medium vessels: fishing boats, small bulk carriers, chemical tankers (compact & mid-range IMO radar)
Offshore commercial ships & workboats: supply vessels, offshore wind service boats (mid-range IMO radar)
Leisure craft: yachts, sightseeing speedboats (economical mini radar)
