1. Company Overview
We are a comprehensive marine service provider with over 20 years of industry experience, headquartered in Shanghai with full business coverage across China's coastal zones and the Yangtze River inland waterway network.
We integrate six core service segments covering maritime safety support, offshore new energy and marine environmental engineering, supported by a complete self-owned fleet of specialized vessels, advanced survey equipment and professional technical teams. We deliver full-cycle turnkey solutions for shipyards, port authorities, offshore wind developers and marine engineering contractors, with all vessels and equipment certified by CCS, BV and other international classification societies.
2. Six Core Business & Supporting Vessel/Equipment Portfolio
2.1 Oceanographic & Hydrographic Survey
Service Scope
Full underwater survey for port construction, channel maintenance, offshore wind cable routing, bridge waterway inspection and wreck sweep; long-term hydrological station monitoring for maritime authorities.
Core Equipment & Survey Vessels
High-end survey hardware: Kongsberg multi-beam sonar, Edgetech sub-bottom profiler, Klein side-scan sonar, Trimble DGPS, AML sound velocity meters, gyroscopes and pipeline detectors.
Survey fleet (3 dedicated craft): 145-ton coastal survey vessel, 90-ton port survey vessel, 99-ton wind farm routing vessel, fully equipped for shallow shoal to deep-water full-coverage measurement.
2.2 Navigation Aids Operation & Maintenance
Service Scope
Full lifecycle management of lighthouses, offshore buoys, river beacons, wind farm permanent navigation markers; emergency repair, beacon installation and long-term custody of large maritime signal facilities (e.g. Jigujiao Lighthouse).
Dedicated Vessels
491-ton buoy-laying crane vessel with 18-ton lifting capacity, large deck for buoy storage, self-adjusting ballast tanks for rough sea operation.
127-ton inland/coastal channel maintenance workboat for routine beacon inspection.
2.3 Port & Coastal Engineering
Service Scope
Waterway regulation, cofferdam reclamation, seawall construction, bridge pier anti-scour protection, wind turbine foundation repair and port terminal building.
Key Work Vessel
2,912-ton geotextile mat laying vessel, with 40m maximum laying width, high-precision DGPS positioning and dual 40t deck cranes.
3,351-ton offshore support vessel with 25t crane, 4-point mooring system and accommodation for 200 personnel for platform installation & maintenance.
2.4 Channel Dredging & Reclamation
Service Scope
Deep channel maintenance, port expansion dredging, airport land reclamation and cross-border subsea pipeline trenching projects (domestic & international).

5,000m³ coastal hopper dredger
Cutter suction dredger (3,500m³/h production, max discharge distance 5,000m)
2.5 Marine Intelligent Technology
Service Scope
R&D & deployment of IoT marine monitoring systems; intelligent navigation beacons, multi-parameter ocean observation buoys, offshore environment real-time monitoring platforms. Cooperate with universities for hydrodynamic and marine sensor joint development, supporting fishery, emergency rescue and maritime supervision.
2.6 Offshore Wind Full-Service
Service Scope
Wind farm navigation marker engineering, subsea cable route survey, pile foundation anti-corrosion monitoring, turbine hoisting, full vessel fleet for construction & long-term O&M.
Specialized Wind Vessel Fleet
Small CTV aluminum high-speed crew transfer boats (22 knots, nearshore wind farms)
Catamaran & monohull wind service vessels (12–13 knots, stable coastal operation)
SWATH low-motion CTV (safe navigation under 3.25m significant wave height)
MSOV modular offshore service vessel with DP2 dynamic positioning, 60t crane and motion-compensated gangway for far-sea wind farms
Self-elevating wind turbine installation platform (max lifting capacity 1,100t, operable under 60m water depth for 16MW+ turbines)
3. Core Competitive Strengths
Full-Chain One-Stop Capacity
Cover survey → construction → operation & maintenance across ports, inland waterways and offshore wind, avoiding multi-supplier coordination costs for clients.
Large Certified Self-Owned Fleet
Complete lineup of survey, dredging, beacon-laying and wind service vessels with CCS/BV certification, meeting domestic and international project navigation standards.
