1. Product General Introduction
This full series polyurea elastomer buoys are proprietary composite floating navigation & monitoring equipment, developed and manufactured with 20+ years of marine industry experience. As the world’s first mass-produced polyurea buoy solution, the product line complies with military marine standards HJB92-2007, and has passed authoritative technical appraisal by Navy Navigation Support Department.
The buoy adopts integrated EVA solid foam inner core + seamless spray polyurea outer shell integrated forming process. Full size range covers 0.3m to 10m diameter, including navigation marker buoys, environmental monitoring buoys, special emergency buoys, split large offshore buoys and supporting polyurea light beacons.
All units have passed long-term sea verification in South China Sea, Xisha and Nansha waters, stably resisting 14-level typhoons, high salt, high temperature and humid harsh marine environments. Widely adopted by navy, maritime bureau, fishery administration, ocean research institutes and offshore wind energy projects at home and abroad.
