Off-Shore Topside Forged Flanges Product Introduction
Integrated advantages combining medium-large scale comprehensive manufacturing capability and specialized forging-focused production capacity, for tender / datasheet / proposal use.
Product Introduction
Overview
This product range covers high-integrity forged flanges and associated custom forgings dedicated for FPSO, offshore platform topside modules, floating LNG facilities and marine process piping systems. The manufacturing base integrates comprehensive heavy-fabrication capacity and specialized forging workshop, delivering flexible solutions for both large-volume EPC turn-key orders and small-batch high-alloy special-spec orders. Full in-house workflow includes billet cutting, open-die / closed-die forging, heat treatment, CNC machining, full-scope NDT, PMI positive material identification and CNAS-accredited mechanical-chemical laboratory testing.

Application Boundaries
✅ Suitable for: FPSO topside decks, offshore platform above-water process pipelines, cooling-seawater circuits, floating-LNG topside systems, marine utility piping.
❌ Not applicable for: Subsea / sub-sea production components (NORSOK M-630 qualification not available), API-6A PR 2 fatigue-rated well-head flanges.
Core Combined Advantages
- Flexible order adaptability Support large EPC package orders for full piping kits (flanges + fittings + forgings), as well as small-batch multi-spec high-alloy special-material orders with competitive lead-time & commercial terms.
- Full in-house manufacturing & testing All critical processes (forging, heat-treatment, machining, NDT, mechanical / chemical lab test) are performed internally. No heavy reliance on external subcontracting; zero repair-weld policy for critical offshore forgings to secure material integrity.
- Broad capacity envelope Closed-die forging capacity up to 300 kg; open-die forging up to 1,200 kg for austenitic grades, up to 800 kg for duplex / super-duplex grades. Larger heavy-ring-rolled forgings available for major-project requirements.
- Complete offshore-oriented documentation package Deliver NORSOK M-650 QTR records, classification-society survey-ready documents, full traceability, PMI & low-temperature Charpy impact reports ready for third-party witness inspection.
- Project-risk mitigation Dual-mode production model balances large-factory financial stability & specialized-forging-plant agility for high-alloy small lots. Product-liability insurance is available for marine-scope shipments.
