Product Introduction
Master-Slave Force Feedback Hydraulic Manipulator Full Brochure
1. Product Overview
This series consists of full-range 6+1 axis master-slave hydraulic manipulators and self-developed core hydraulic components, specially built to replace human operators in extreme high-risk environments. All core actuators, swing cylinders, hydraulic motors and servo drive control boards are independently designed and manufactured, breaking long-term overseas technical barriers.
The product portfolio covers light, medium and heavy-duty manipulator models, compatible with 3,000–7,000m deep-sea operations, high-radiation nuclear sites, live high-voltage power maintenance and hazardous chemical emergency response. Each manipulator adopts an integrated valve block structure without exposed hydraulic pipelines, paired with lightweight high-strength titanium alloy arm bodies. Equipped with high-fidelity real-time force feedback and wide-angle joint rotation, the equipment can execute both heavy-load lifting and ultra-precise delicate manipulation.
Complete turnkey solutions are available, including manipulator body, master-slave control console, hydraulic power unit, underwater pan-tilt camera bracket and full set of spare hydraulic components.
