1. General Introduction

This full marine fender product line covers three core series: ISO standard pneumatic rubber fenders, heavy-duty closed-cell foam filled fenders and lightweight yacht bumpers. All products strictly comply with ISO 17357-1:2014, PIANC marine design standards, and have obtained full global classification society approvals including CCS, DNV-GL, BV, ABS, LR, SGS.
Adopting imported mature manufacturing technology combined with independent optimized production craft, the series realizes full-size customization from small yacht bumpers to D4.5m super-large fenders. The complete system matching includes protective tire net, hot-dip galvanized chain, lifting lugs and inflation accessories, providing all-in-one anti-collision buffer solutions for cruise ships, LNG carriers, VLCC tankers, ro-pax vessels, naval ships, offshore platforms, river terminals and offshore STS ship-to-ship transfer projects.
Three product lines cover differentiated application scenarios:

2 Core Product Series & Technical Parameters

2.1 Pneumatic Rubber Fenders (ISO 17357 Standard)

Also called Yokohama-type floating fenders, manufactured by integrated whole winding vulcanization craft without splicing seams. Natural rubber content ≥56%, multi-layer synthetic tire-cord reinforcement, air leakage rate only 1%–2% (far below ISO 4% limit). Two types: net-covered type & sling type.

Adopt imported foam forming & PU cladding technology, unsinkable design with closed-cell EVA foam core, thick filament-reinforced PU outer skin. No inflation required, no risk of puncture failure.
